Wow! Sold it! Sold it! Can't believe the amazing result! Before meeting Drake, we were told by two agents and a real estate brokerage our homes value. The information seemed accurate to us, and when Drake asked us what we thought our home was worth we told him we would be happy to get that price. He told us that he was happy we felt that way, but that he saw things differently, and that a much bigger picture had been overlooked in thoroughly evaluating our home's value. We were very surprised when he asked us if we would put our home on the market for $150,000.00 more than what we were told and what we thought it was worth. We said "Sure, go right ahead lol!" thinking he was kidding. Well it turns out he wasn't, and just wanted us to be patient while he and Stephanie creatively marketed and promoted our home. I would like to acknowledge the outstanding work Drake has done for my wife and I when buying our second house. There are two main reasons why he stood out as a great mortgage broker. First of all, he kept us in the loop throughout the whole process of getting the mortgage approved. We were very aware of what was going on and of every step Drake took to get us the best deal. We knew our mortgage would be approved because he made himself available to answer our questions and explained the steps of the process. 

The second reason we recommend Drake’s service is because of the way he fought for us not only on the mortgage, but also on the small details like the bridge financing fees. He managed to wave the appraisal fees. These small wins makes a big difference in the final cost. 
 
Also, we know for a fact that we got the best deal because no one in our circle got such a low mortgage rate.

My husband and I had the absolute luck of meeting the best realtor team in the City of Ottawa.  To paint a quick picture, we needed to sell our current house within 10 days in order to close the deal on our future dream house. We were very nervous about this.  Without skipping a beat, when we met with Stephanie and Drake, they came up with a solid strategy to sell quickly and without jeopardizing the value of the property.  

In addition, they provided us with a fully bilingual service. My first language being French and my husband’s English. This made our communication with Stephanie and Drake much easier, as we felt confident asking questions in either languages. They also took

Our missing piece was stability —and now we have that, too. It's been a couple of months now and I can still hardly believe it is true. It seemed impossible for so long and now it's real.
